Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs in Minnesota. The role involves supervising staff across shifts, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring high-quality resident outcomes through effective resource management.

The RN Supervisor will direct the nursing process, including data collection, assessment, and care plan revisions, while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Manages staff when in charge of building operations.
• Evaluates resources and delegates to assure quality outcomes of care.
• Directs and implements the nursing process (data collection, assessment, care plan, revision).
• Oversees residents' care through a defined care delivery system.

Education

Minnesota RN license and approved nursing program

RN Supervisor

Position Summary:

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
