Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Supervisor in Minnesota to oversee RNs, LPNs and CNAs. You will manage staff on shift, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality resident care through a structured nursing process.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by MN Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN registration.
• CPR certification and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

RN Supervisor

Position Summary:

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
