Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing/assisted living setting in Minnesota. This full-time role oversees RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensuring delivery of high-quality care through effective resource management and nursing process execution.

The RN Supervisor will supervise the care team, delegate tasks, and monitor care plans to ensure outcomes align with residents’ needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Manages staff when in charge of building.
• Evaluates resources and delegates to assure quality care.
• Directs and implements the nursing process including data collection, assessment, and care plan revisions.
• Oversees care of residents through a defined care delivery system.

RN Supervisor

Position Summary

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
