Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Supervisor in Minnesota to lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality resident care. Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Manages all staff when in charge of building and delegates to assure quality outcomes.
• Directs and implements the nursing process including data collection, assessment, and care plan revision.
• Oversees resident care through a defined care delivery system.

RN Supervisor

Position Summary:

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
