Job summary

Roosevelt Care Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor for immediate part-time coverage on Sundays (7am–7pm). The role leads the nursing team on your shift, oversees medication administration, clinical duties, and rounds to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, an active New Jersey RN license, and at least 1 year of long-term care or subacute supervising experience.

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• 1+ year of long-term care or subacute experience
• Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
