Job summary

A nursing care provider located in Caldwell, New Jersey, seeks an RN Supervisor for weekend shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am). In this leadership role, you will supervise nursing staff, oversee clinical duties, and ensure the highest standards of resident care. Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree and a valid New Jersey RN license, with prior long-term care experience preferred. Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• At least 1 year of long‑term care or subacute experience; supervisor experience preferred
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
