Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the SICU on the Night shift. You will plan, direct, coordinate and provide high‑quality, individualized patient care using the nursing process.

Requirements include a CA RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire for new grads, TCAR within 12 months, NIHSS education module within 6 months, 1+ year ICU experience, and BSN preferred. CCRN is a plus.

Reporting to the Patient Care Services Director/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

BSN preferred.

Minimum Experience/Skills:

1+ years ICU experience required

License/Certificates/Credentials:

Current: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire for new grads only), TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer . For current employees/transfers who have TNCC, TCAR must be obtained by October 1, 2019. PALS for relief charge only. Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter. CCRN preferred.
