Reporting to the Patient Care Services Director/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Must have 1+ years ICU experience.
Current: California RN license, BLS, ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire for new grads only), PALS certification (within 6 months), TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer. For current employees/transfers who have TNCC, TCAR must be obtained by October 1, 2019. Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter. CNRN or CCRN preferred.
