Lifepoint Health invites applications for a RN in the Progressive Care Unit at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. This night-shift role emphasizes close patient monitoring, critical thinking, and teamwork with physicians and experienced staff.

We seek licensed RNs with BLS and ACLS in progress. New grads are welcome, and opportunities for growth and advanced practice are available within a supportive, high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate patient assessments and identify needs.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document timely and accurate information in medical records.

• Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
• Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
• Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments

Schedule: Nights 3 x12 7:00PM- 7:00AM

What we're looking for:

Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification
• ACLS are required within six months of hire.
• One of experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply.
