Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital, West Allis, is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift in Milwaukee, WI. The RN will provide compassionate care, perform admissions/transfers, and document accurately using hospital systems.

The role requires a valid RN license with BLS at hire and ACLS within six months. The position includes comprehensive benefits, a sign-on bonus, orientation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform timely and accurate documentation using the appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
