Valley View Haven in Belleville, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor for per diem PRN shifts (7AM-7PM/7PM-7AM), including one weekend and one seasonal holiday. Lead daily nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure care aligns with regulations and policy.

This role combines clinical leadership with administrative accountability to uphold high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate will hold a PA RN license, have supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania in good standing.
• One year supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Training or experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Initiate and maintain individualized plans of care for residents.
• Monitor quality of care and address resident needs promptly.
• Report and investigate all allegations of abuse or neglect in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure incident reports are completed and investigated, notifying DON/ADON of concerns.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels of LPNs and Nursing Assistants during shifts.
• Develop and coordinate staff assignments to ensure quality resident care.
• Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of practice.

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities within the facility, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as established facility policies and standards. In this leadership role, you will support nursing staff, coordinate care, and help maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and team members.

As RN Supervisor, you will be entrusted with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties and ensure the highest standards of care.
