Qualifications

• Minimum 8th grade education or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NNAAP) or current enrollment considered.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, eating, walking, repositioning).
• Support independence, choice, and dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; stock supplies; report equipment concerns.
• Document care and observations in flow sheets, notes, and electronic systems.
• Interact with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors with respect and professionalism.
• Follow state/federal regulations, facility policies, and infection control procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff.

In this vital role, you will deliver daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s care plan while working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

• 10:00PM - 6:00AM Every other weekend & holiday

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, eating, walking, and repositioning
• Support residents in maintaining independence, choice, and dignity whenever possible
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, including stocking supplies and reporting equipment concerns
• Observe residents’ conditions and accurately document care and observations in flow sheets, notes, and electronic systems
• Interact with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors with respect and professionalism
• Follow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and infection control procedures
• Perform related duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff

What You Bring
