Job summary

Venus Health Care Solutions LLC is seeking licensed Maryland RNs to provide in-home assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits as independent contractors in Baltimore and surrounding areas.

You will choose visits via our online assessment board, sign nursing plans of care, delegate care tasks, and submit documentation within 48 hours of each visit. A Maryland or compact license and current CPR are required, along with liability insurance and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland RN license (or compact license) required.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Professional liability insurance (or willing to obtain).
• At least 1 year of home health or community nursing experience.
• Experience with plans of care / CMS-485; CM/DN training preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-home admission assessments, reassessments, and delegation/supervisory visits.
• Develop and sign nursing plans of care, prepare 485s, review MARs.
• Delegate nursing tasks to caregivers and verify competency.
• Submit signed documentation within 48 hours of each visit.

About Us

Venus Health Care Solutions LLC is a licensed Maryland Residential Service Agency. We serve Medicaid clients through the Waiver, Community First Choice and private duty nursing programs. Our RNs choose their visits each month from an online assessment board, and our office prepares the paperwork before each visit.

What You'll Do

• In-home admission assessments, reassessments, and delegation and supervisory visits
• Develop and sign nursing plans of care, prepare 485s, and review MARs
• Delegate nursing tasks to caregivers and verify their competency
• Submit signed documentation within 48 hours of each visit

How It Works

• Each month you get a private link to our assessment board
• Take the visits that fit your schedule and area; once you claim a visit, it's yours
• If you've seen a client before, you get first pick on their next visit
• Visits Monday through Saturday, completed by the due date
• Paid monthly for every completed, documented visit

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland RN license (or compact license)

• CM/DN (Case Manager/Delegating Nurse) training preferred

Growth Opportunity

Dependable RNs may be offered the role of Supervising RN of record, which comes with an additional monthly fee.
