Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem role performing home visits in the Maryland area, including Upperco, Owings Mills, Reisterstown and Randallstown. Per diem requires current HH/Oasis experience.

Qualifications

• A MD RN license is required and must be in good standing.
• Minimum one year of verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and administer medications and wound care during home visits.
• Travel to assigned geographic territories to conduct client visits.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and interventions accurately in a touchpad EMR.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a per diem opportunity performing home health visits for our home visits office. This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout the Maryland area in West Baltimore County.

This position would cover Upperco, Owings Mills, Reisterstown and Randallstown.

Per Diem requires current HH/Oasis experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications: $55.00-$62.00 per point.
