Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a full-time home health role serving adult and geriatric clients across Baltimore County, MD (Pikesville, Towson, Mount Washington). You will perform home visits, follow care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team.

The ideal candidate has Maryland RN licensure and at least one year of recent clinical experience; home health preferred.

Qualifications

• RN must hold Maryland license and be in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Ability to travel to cases and work independently with strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a full time opportunity performing home health visits for our home visits office. This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout the Maryland area in Baltimore County (Covering Pikesville, Towson & Mount Washington).

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications: $55.00-$65.00 per point.
