Job summary

BrightStar Care in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for 1-on-1 skilled home visits and facility staffing shifts. Illinois RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience required; TB test, CPR, and work physical within the year are needed.

You will administer meds, perform wound care, and adjust care per Plan of Care. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay with direct deposit, health insurance, PTO, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Current TB test, CPR certification, and annual work physical
• Regulatory compliance knowledge in state and federal regulations
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance

Responsibilities

• Port/PICC line, TPN, IV meds and fluids
• Medication administration and wound care
• Provide care per personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor client/patient conditions and inform Director of Nursing
• Update family on plan of care and health changes

Your Pay!

• Registered Nurse: ($45 - $50 / hour)

Your Schedule!

• 1-on-1 Skilled Home Visits (2 hr, 4 hr, 8 hr, 12 hr shifts)
• Fill in Facility Staffing

Your Responsibilities!

• Port/PICC line, TPN, IV Pain meds, and Fluids/TPN
• Medication Administration, Wound Care, Skilled Nursing services
• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
