Job summary

BrightStar Care of Central DuPage-Wheaton is seeking RN clinicians to provide one-on-one home health visits in Bloomingdale, IL. Part-time and per diem shifts with flexible scheduling and weekly pay are available to fit your life.

You will perform skilled nursing tasks, monitor patient status, and communicate updates to families and the Nursing Director, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and care plans.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
• TB Test, CPR Certification, and work physical within the last year.
• Understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Port/PICC line, TPN, IV meds, and Fluids/TPN as prescribed.
• Medication administration and wound care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per individualized Plan of Care.
• Monitor changes in client/patient conditions and inform Nursing Director as needed.
• Proactively update families on plan of care and health changes.

Your Pay!

• Registered Nurse: ($45 - $50 / hour)

Your Schedule!

• 1-on-1 Skilled Home Visits (2 hr, 4 hr, 8 hr, 12 hr shifts)
• Part-time and/or Per Diem
• Fill in Facility Staffing

Your Responsibilities!

• Port/PICC line, TPN, IV Pain meds, and Fluids/TPN
• Medication Administration, Wound Care, Skilled Nursing services
• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient's conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
