Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home setting, in accordance with physician orders
• Perform skilled nursing care through tasks such as wound care, enteral feedings, injections, and medication administration as well as other essential clinical duties.
• Provide compassionate, attentive care to address each client’s physical, emotional, and medical needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active, unemcumbered RN license
• Experience in home health, acute care, or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical skills and sound nursing judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to pass a drug screen
