Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital-Ann Arbor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift in Ann Arbor, MI. The role offers a schedule of 7p-7:30am, a compensation of $55.00 per hour plus shift differential, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include admissions/integration, comprehensive patient assessments, accurate documentation, telemetry interpretation, and patient/family education. Per diem scheduling may apply with opportunities for advancement within a nationwide caregiving team.

• BLS is required at hire
• ACLS is required at hire

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned
