Job summary

A critical illness recovery hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PRN Dayshift position in Battle Creek, Michigan. The RN will play a pivotal role in providing quality care to critically ill patients, conducting assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should hold a valid RN License, and both BLS and ACLS certifications. Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs.
• Ensure medical orders are processed accurately.
• Respond competently in rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and their families.

Critical Illness Recovery Hospital – Location: Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)

Hours: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm

Pay: $52.00 per hour (with $3.00 shift differentials for nights and $3.00 for weekends)

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
