Episcopal Homes is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care Nursing team in St. Paul, MN. The position will float between two Long-Term Care floors, delivering resident-centered care and support as needed.

The role offers part-time hours (0.6 FTE) with a day shift, $36.00–$43.93 per hour, and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a trusted senior-care campus with a rich history in St. Paul.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to participate in federally funded healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Assess residents' physical, mental, and emotional health needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
• Advocate for residents and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers.
• Promote a supportive environment focused on dignity, safety, and well-being.
