Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is actively hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for our 7PM-7AM night shift in St. Louis, Missouri.

Competenze

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Mansioni

• Provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
