Job summary

Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a registered nurse to care for residents in a compassionate, safe setting. The role includes developing care plans, coordinating with physicians and therapists, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Full-time and part-time positions are available; full-time staff receive benefits. Candidates must be licensed and CPR/BLS certified, with nursing excellence and teamwork at the core of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing in the state.
• Minimum preference for 2+ years in Skilled Nursing Facility, not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care in a safe, clean environment.
• Develop and implement resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Monitor assigned nursing staff to ensure safety and compliance.
• Record medication administration and changes in resident condition.
• Follow proper use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
