Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the 7PM–7AM night shift. The role includes direct resident care, medication administration, care planning, and supervision of CNAs in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff during shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

RN Responsibilities
