Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies. This full-time evening shift offers daily pay options and shift differentials to reward night work.

You will maintain patient care documentation, monitor changes in conditions, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
