Job summary

Bluebird Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and oversee resident care in a safe, clean environment, and to develop individualized care plans. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license and current BLS/CPR certification, with preferred 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will monitor staff safety, document medication changes, and ensure proper use of nursing equipment as part of a
