Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our 7PM–7AM night shift in a dedicated skilled nursing setting. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with benefits and a supportive team environment to back your professional growth.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, medication administration, care plan updates, and supervising CNAs across night shifts, while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
