Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Clovis, California, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care. This is a staff, full-time position offering a 12-hour night shift and a 36-hour work week.

You will join an 84-bed NICU unit with an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care. Eligible external hires may receive sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE, or CHS IEP Certificate is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1 year+ of NICU RN experience is recommended.
• RN - Current and valid California RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in NICU using evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
