Backus Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Connecticut. The role emphasizes using the nursing process and building a synergistic nurse–patient relationship while assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
Requirements include RN licensure in CT, BLS on hire, and NRP eligibility within 60 days. BSN/MSN preferred, with 1 year RN experience and 2+ years in NICU preferred.
