Novant Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Family Care Unit (LDRP). This role supports moms and babies through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in one continuous journey of care.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of acute nursing experience, is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and holds an active RN license with BLS certification. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• If RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and not licensed in another state during the last five years, complete a Board approved refresher course prior to reactivating or reinstating license; reinstate within one year of completing refresher course.

Responsabilidades

• Support moms and babies through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in one continuous journey of care.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment with strong collaboration and patient-family support.
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care per NICU/OB unit standards and policies.

What We're Looking For

• Education:
  - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  - If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
