Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Peoria, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery to join a high-volume Women’s & Infant Services unit.

You will provide bedside care through pre-pregnancy complications, labor, delivery, and recovery, collaborate with NICU, OR, ED and Couplet Care teams, and lead care teams as needed, with opportunities for charge nurse duties. A BSN is preferred and required certifications must be current.

Qualifications

• 1 year L&D experience and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED.
• Active RN license in Arizona with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certification within 6 months.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care through pre-pregnancy complications, labor, delivery, and recovery.
• Collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams.
• Interpret fetal monitoring, anticipate labor progression, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Act as a clinical leader, supervising and delegating care as needed, with potential charge nurse or OB triage duties.
• Participate in hourly rounding and uphold evidence-based standards.
