Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Idaho is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide direct patient care to antepartum, laboring, postpartum mothers, and newborns in various settings.

As an RN, you will organize care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, evaluating, and communicating with healthcare providers and ancillary departments, delivering high‑quality maternal and neonatal care while collaborating with the obstetric team.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN licensure in Idaho.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• NRP, STABLE, ACLS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage 1-2 patients according to AWHONN guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Prioritization and delegation of patient care tasks.

Join our team as a Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care to antepartum, laboring, postpartum mothers, and newborns in various settings including patient rooms, triage, or operating rooms.

As an RN, you will organize care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, evaluating, and communicating with healthcare providers and ancillary departments.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Current RN licensure in Idaho
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• NRP, STABLE, ACLS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications within specified timeframes

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of Labor & Delivery, Med Surg, or Postpartum experience
