Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive bedside care for pre-pregnancy complications, laboring mothers, delivery, and recovery.

The role involves collaboration with NICU, Couplet Care, OR, and ED teams, interpreting fetal monitoring, and leading patient care with emphasis on safety and clear communication during childbirth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of L&D experience and one year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certification.
• Preferred BSN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NICU, Couplet Care, OR, and ED teams
• Interpret fetal monitoring
• Supervise and delegate patient care
• Ensure safety, comfort, and effective communication during childbirth
• Participate in hourly rounding
• May serve as charge nurse or OB triage based on experience
