Job summary

Shriners Children’s Ohio is seeking a full-time night shift Pediatric RN to join our Inpatient Unit. In this role you will provide compassionate, family-centered care to children requiring Med-Surg and ICU-level nursing, including those recovering from burns and complex craniofacial conditions.

You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support smooth transitions of care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or in process.
• Ohio RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2+ years bedside RN experience; pediatric and ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care across Med-Surg and ICU-level needs.
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Support transitions of care in a family-centered environment.
• Serve as informal or formal leader and preceptor; contribute to quality improvement.
