Job summary

Shriners Children's Ohio is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Inpatient Unit to lead daily nursing practice and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for children. The Nurse Manager will serve as clinical and administrative leader, providing 24-hour accountability for the unit and collaborating with medical and administrative leaders.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, an active RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience, and 3+ years in a leadership role, with critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a nursing leadership role.
• Critical care experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in nursing practice for the inpatient unit.
