Job summary

Shriners Children’s Ohio seeks a full-time night shift Pediatric RN to join our Inpatient Unit. You will provide compassionate, family-centered care to children requiring Med-Surg and ICU-level nursing—including those recovering from burns and complex craniofacial conditions.

The RN will coordinate care, educate families, and support transitions of care, while contributing to quality improvement and mentoring new staff.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or in process.
• Ohio RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for pediatric inpatients.
• Provide direct patient and family education.
• Support transitions of care in a family-centered environment.
• Demonstrate leadership as preceptor and contribute to quality improvement.
