This is a full-time position on day shift, offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates committing to two years. Join a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) staffed with Registered Nurses and CNAs. Provide comprehensive patient assessments, administer specialized treatments, monitor critical conditions, and contribute to achieving optimal patient outcomes. Execute timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity. Maintain and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Support a dynamic, teamwork-oriented environment that emphasizes critical thinking and compassionate care.
