Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICCU/Medical-Surgical team in Fergus Falls, MN. This mid-level role requires strong patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted RN license with 2+ years in Medical-Surgical, Critical Care, or related areas, CPR/BLS, IV therapy experience, and EMR documentation proficiency. New grads may be considered through onboarding and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• 2+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, Critical Care, or related field.
• Strong patient assessment and care-planning skills.
• Experience with IV therapy, patient education, and EMR documentation.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient-care responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating patient care and responding to emergencies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
• Med-Surg certification is a plus.
• New graduates may be considered with onboarding/mentorship.

Job Details
