Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking registered nurses for ICCU and Medical/Surgical units in Fergus Falls, MN. You will provide compassionate nursing care to patients of all ages, collaborate with the care team, and participate in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates hold Minnesota RN licensure, with CPR certification; TNCC is preferred. Full-time, day/night 12-hour shifts, 60 hours biweekly, with weekend rotation and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification or obtain within 6 months.
• TNCC certification preferred or in-patient nursing trauma education within 6 months from orientation end.
• Pre-employment health screening completed.
• Willing to work on-site per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in ICCU and Medical/Surgical units in a fast-paced environment with teamwork.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
