Jobot is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICCU/Medical/Surgical unit in Fergus Falls, MN. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate and a sign-on bonus, with modern facilities and strong mentorship for new graduates.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in Medical-Surgical or Critical Care, proficient in patient assessment, care planning, EMR, and IV therapy. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and support families.

Qualifications

• Holds a current and unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years in Medical-Surgical nursing or Critical Care.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
• Experience with IV therapy and EMR documentation.
• CPR/BLS certification. Emergency response experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in ICCU/Med-Surg settings.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team.
• Administer IV therapy and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement interventions.
• Advocate for patient rights and individual preferences.
• Balance workload across a high-volume clinical environment.
