Job summary

BAYADA Hospice in Colchester, VT is seeking dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses to join our hospice team serving clients in Chittenden, Washington and Franklin counties. You will provide compassionate in-home care as part of a multidisciplinary team, with emphasis on comfort and dignity for clients at the end of life.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Colchester, VT. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Chittenden, Washington and Franklin counties in NJ.

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
