Job summary

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Brattleboro, VT area, serving clients across VT and NH. The role covers Springfield and Claremont regions with a focus on home-based hospice care and palliative support.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Brattleboro, VT. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Vt and NH.

Coverage area for this role is Springfield and Claremont areas.

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$45-$55 per hour
