Job summary

BAYADA Hospice in Concord, NH is seeking a compassionate, full-time Registered Nurse to join our hospice team. The RN will provide in-home care and palliative services, visiting clients in Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties on a per-visit basis.

Ideal candidates have NH RN licensure and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home health or hospice background is preferred but not required. We offer competitive benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

BAYADA Hospiceis looking for a compassionate and dedicatedFull Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Concord, NH. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties.

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities for a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include:

Qualificationsfor a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include:

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NH.


• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.


• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.


• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.


• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$42-$46 per hour
