Phoenix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Admissions RN to serve the Kansas City, MO area. This full-time role supports patients and families as they transition from curative to comfort-focused care with compassion and clinical excellence.

You will lead admissions, collaborate with intake coordinators and physicians, and provide education on conditions while ensuring high-quality, dignified care. Missouri-licensed, team-focused, with strong assessment skills.

You’ll collaborate closely with intake coordinators, hospice consultants, medical directors, facility staff, and physicians to ensure every admission is smooth, thoughtful, and centered on what matters most.
