As a Transitions Hospice ECT Nurse, you'll work as a vital support member of the interdisciplinary care team — stepping in across cases to assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision. Your responsibilities include:
At Transitions, the ECT Nurse isn't a backup plan — you're a cornerstone of how we deliver on our promise to patients and families. Every visit you make is a patient who didn't have to wait, a family that felt supported, and a care team that could count on you.
