Position Details

Location: Far Southwest Suburbs, focusing on Worth, Alsip, Merionette Park, and surrounding communities.

Hours: Days with rotating weekends.

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (must be employed in this role at the time of payout; internal team members are not eligible).

Major Responsibilities

• Nurse/Patient Relationship: Develops and maintains therapeutic relationships, demonstrating adaptive communication, providing individualized care, and involving patients and families in planning.
• Quality Care: Ensures delivery of quality, cost-effective care, utilizing resources effectively, participating in quality initiatives, and adhering to regulations.
• Patient/Staff Education: Meets learning needs of patients and staff, promoting educational growth and modifying approaches based on readiness.
• Nursing Process: Applies nursing problem-solving, recognizes clinical changes, prioritizes care, and coordinates interdisciplinary activities.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Participates in team activities, demonstrates leadership, and pursues professional development, including certifications and continuing education.

Licensure & Education

• Current Illinois RN license
