Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, with part-time consideration based on availability.

You will conduct Start of Care visits, recertifications, and handle clinical documentation in a field-based role. The position offers flexible scheduling options within a supportive team, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications.
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home.
