Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, with part-time consideration based on availability.

You will perform Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation in the field. This role requires independent work in patients' homes, strong communication with the clinical team, and ongoing care coordination.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform SOC and recertifications.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care visits and recertifications.
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home.

This is a strong opportunity for an RN with home health experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and completing Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation.
