Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but the team is also open to considering part-time nurses based on availability.

This role involves start of care visits, recertifications, and extensive clinical documentation in the field. The position offers flexibility with scheduling and a supportive environment, with opportunities for part-time or PRN work.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Home health experience required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications.
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home.
