Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but part-time options are considered based on availability.

You will perform Start of Care visits, recertifications, and handle clinical documentation in the field. This role requires independence, strong assessment skills, and the ability to coordinate with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Home health experience required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete SOC visits and recertifications.
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Review and finalize clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with the clinical team and track patient changes.
• Maintain timely chart reviews and documentation.

WSi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but the team is also open to considering part-time nurses based on availability. This is a strong opportunity for an RN with home health experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and completing Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Review and complete required clinical documentation
• Assist with chart review and ongoing care coordination
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
